Hotel Management Assessment Training Programme
Description
This is a training programme designed to help applicants gain an in-depth knowledge of the hotel industry and its management. Applicants must have studied or be engaged in Hospitality Studies and have significant work experience in this field. However, applications from candidates with no previous studies in hospitality will be considered on their work experience to date.
It is advisable that applicants have at least an intermediary level of French to be able to work in all the departments of the hotel. If they have a low level of French they will not fully benefit from the programme and may be restricted to fewer departments.
The applicant will complete monthly reports with their manager. At the end of their programme, they will be issued with a certificate of experience with their overall grade of achievement as a percentage, and will also get a reference letter from their manager. Applicants should be under no illusions; they will be required to work unsocial hours. Each applicant needs to apply by completing the registration form (please refer to the enrolment form section), which helps us secure an offer of placement for them.

| Discipline: | Hospitality, which applicants must have studied or are studying (those with no studies in this field will be considered on the basis of their work experience to date). |
