Summary of the project:
Training 20 students in Tourism sector in order to improve their professional skills in Economics and to obtain new skills and competencies inthe field of tourism management.
Main Aims of the project:
- To practice new skills to give the students the opportunity for future steady
employment.
- To develop their skills and their flexibility in order to integrate into the European
labour market.
- Increase motivation for life long learning and for permanent professional development.
- To increase confidence the student's confidence in their abilities and increase their
language competencies.
- To obtain greater knowledge of the French culture and develop their French language skills.
Feedback
All the students received their Certificates for the pedagogical preparation done in Bulgaria as well as their Attendance Certificates and the Europass Mobility documents.
Training Content:
Before departure the participants were were given a preparatory course which included language and cultural training.
In the Work Placements the training included:
1. French lessons during the first week of practice.
2. Working in a Bar.
3. Working in a Restaurant kitchen.
4. Working in an Hotel
5. Cultural visits.
